About Dr. Vanessa
I received my Bachelor of Arts from York University in 1998 and graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2002. As a former ballet dancer and proud mother of two energetic children my active lifestyle has influenced my approach to chiropractic and healthy living. It is one of getting my patient's involved, active and excited about their health and wellness. All patient’s and clients are encouraged to take an active role in their healthcare whether it is by committing themselves to exercising, adopting better eating habits or improving their posture, it all comes together to make a healthier and happier individual!
I use chiropractic treatment and body awareness through exercise and movement to guide my patient’s to improved health and a wellness lifestyle. I have has been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and have found many chiropractic patients often experience fewer episodes of acute pain or injury upon continuing with a steady Pilates program.
