Prenatal Pilates
Prenatal Pilates classes are modified to accommodate for the physical changes that take place in your body during the nine months of your pregnancy. Your Pilates class will focus on strengthening the core, back, shoulder girdle and pelvic floor/Kegel muscles. When these are conditioned, they will support a more comfortable pregnancy, labor, delivery and speedy recovery. Pilates is also a great post-natal exercise for helping new moms regain their strength and tone.
