Private Pilates Classes
During your first 2-3 private Pilates classes I will assess your posture, alignment, mobility, core strength and muscular symmetry in order to develop sessions that are tailored to meet your individual needs. As you progress I will periodically re-assess your Pilates program in order to continue improving your overall performance. Private Pilates classes establish an understanding and competence in the fundamentals of Pilates. Private classes may include instruction on the reformer, foam roller, stability ball, rotational discs and mat work.
